AgentBuddy / Otago / Corstorphine / House washing contractors
House washing contractors quote most jobs off a street address and a few questions, and lose them by taking a day to ring back. AgentBuddy answers immediately, takes the house size and cladding, quotes inside your range and books the wash.
A house washing contractor in Corstorphine does not have a receptionist. AgentBuddy is the closest thing, at NZ$29 a month plus a few cents a job. Corstorphine is a tight market where reputation travels, so the call you miss on Tuesday is the job someone else does on Wednesday.
A caller wants a soft wash on a weatherboard home. AgentBuddy takes the address, storeys and cladding type, then quotes inside your range and books it.
A customer asks about a roof treatment. AgentBuddy explains your process and timeframes in your words, then books the visit.
A house goes on the market in ten days. AgentBuddy checks your calendar, finds a slot inside the deadline and books it while the caller is still on the phone.
For a standard home, yes, inside the range you set. Two storey, heavy lichen or difficult access can be flagged for you to price yourself.
It uses the explanation you give it once, so every caller hears the same answer, and it is your answer rather than a generic one.
Yes. It knows your calendar, so it can promise a date that is actually achievable instead of one you have to walk back.
AgentBuddy introduces itself as your assistant and never pretends to be you. Most callers care that someone picked up and booked them in. If a caller asks for you directly it takes a message or puts them through, depending on the rule you set.
It says so rather than guessing, takes the details and passes the question to you. You give it a pricing range it is not allowed to quote outside, so it cannot commit you to a number you would not have given yourself.
No. You keep your number and forward it to AgentBuddy, either all the time or only when you do not pick up. You can turn forwarding off whenever you want, and calls come straight back to your phone.
Yes. AgentBuddy works anywhere in New Zealand with a phone signal, Corstorphine included. It is set up with you over four short calls, all booked late afternoon or after five so we are not pulling you off a job.
NZ$29 a month plus GST for the agent, then 25 cents each time it handles a customer for you. A one-person outfit usually lands between NZ$45 and NZ$130 a month. You can set a monthly cap.
Leave your details and we will ring you to book your first setup call. Two minutes now, and you stop quoting at 9pm.
